We specialise in the informal reconstruction or workout, with a focus on small to medium enterprises. 

If your core business is profitable, we are often able to offer you solutions which will enable you to retain your business without the need for the formal appointment of an administrator or liquidator.

We provide cash flow projections, and determine and recommend a realistic timetable for repayment of debt. In addition, we will:

• Look at and advise and help put in place cost reduction measures such as outsourcing.
• We will also identify surplus assets in your business that are no longer needed and can be sold to generate cash.
  
• Consider and help put in place available finance options, for example a sale and lease back, and debtor financing.
• Report back to your creditors and negotiate or put in place an informal compromise with creditors where possible. Thus avoiding additional costs from formal appointments.
